Voyager Backpack Navy Blue

Placed an order for this cooler on 7/17/24 and never received it. I’ve tried contacting tourit multiple times and got no response. Terrible customer service and terrible company.

Great back pack but the zippers all deteriorate otherwise we love it wish they would do something for a 200 dollar bag

I’ve had a Tourit Voyager backpack cooler since 2019 and the thing is The BOMB! Absolutely Love It! Purchased for use in the Boundary Waters Canoe Area (BWCA) Wilderness in NE Minnesota and it has exceeded all expectations. I’ve used it on roughly 10 BWCA trips since and we’re eating fresh food four days in. You have to pack it right, but if you do it will hold ice four days in the wilderness. And I’ve been out on some pretty hot trips, 80’s during day. The cooler is so impressive two buddies that take BW trips with me went out and got their own and I bought my son one for Christmas in 2022 so he doesn’t have to use mine for his BW trips with his buds. Highly, Highly recommend this cooler…it’s simply the best. It’s in the foreground in the pic, which was taken on Red Rock Lake in the BWCA.

DO NOT BUY!!!!!! Zipper is trash. Separated from the top part of the cooler after 3 uses. Customer support is also terrible. They will not honor the warranty. Take your money elsewhere.

I have had a Tourit Backpack Voyager for a little over 2 years and have used it hard...weekend kayak and camping trips, beach vacations, tailgate parties, etc. and its performance is truly exceptional. In 80-90 degree heat with a lot of in and out of the cooler for drinks it holds ice extremely well and has exceeded my expectations. The only thing better is the customer service team. I had a minor issue and they addressed it quickly, professionally, and in the best way possible. You will 100% not regret going with a Tourit product over the competition...I know I don't.
